Simply visitPETIT-DE-GRAT, N.S. — Funding for facilities and trails under the direction of groups and organizations in Richmond County was announced by the provincial government on Tuesday.
St. Joseph’s Parish in Petit-de-Grat will renovate its kitchen, install a heat pump and take care of other improvements with its share of the funding.St. Peter’s Grand River-Loch Lomond Pastoral Charge will install heat pumps and make renovations, Rocky Bay Irish Club will replace its deck and propane stove, while Friends of St. John’s Arichat Society will replace and repair the roof of the St. John’s Centre for the Arts building.
A grant for the South Mountain Arm of Gold Community Association will replace the deck at the community hall, and the East Richmond ATV Riders Association will improve trails with its share of Tuesday’s funding announcement.
