Recipients include the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario and Better Beginnings Better Futures
The province has announced $316,355 in funding for local organizations to deliver after school programs in Greater Sudbury.
“The Ontario After School Program is an incredibly valuable in supporting children in our community with their physical and mental health and wellbeing,” said Helen Francis, CEP and president of YMCA of Northeastern Ontario, in a press release. “This additional funding will allow us to provide more access to these programs across our Community.
