Jennifer Campbell, the chief financial officer for CBRM, said the municipality has unique challenges that have to be looked at from a different lens.“Times have changed and responsibilities and expectations placed on municipalities have changed dramatically,” said Carolyn Bolivar-Getson, mayor of the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg.
