The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing restoration, residential construction, and commercial construction projects. This includes insurance restoration, general contracting and renovations.
The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, safely, and to a high standard of quality while maintaining strong communication to all involved parties. This role requires a hands on, solutions driven individual who can operate effectively in construction projects and fast paced restoration environments. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements. Take initial photos, measurements, and prepare sketches/drawings for estimating.
Project & Team Management Lead and manage all phases of project execution across restoration, residential, and commercial sectors. Oversee work as needed to ensure compliance with safety and industry standards Maintain strong communication with clients, adjusters, engineers, sub trades and property owners throughout the project. Run regular project meetings and provide updates on progress, schedule, and challenges. Input measurements, sketches, and scope details into estimating software.
Monitor project budgets, job costing, change orders, and overall financial performance. Participate in weekly file review meetings to ensure financial accuracy. Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering technician/technologist, or related field . Proficiency with project management and willing to learn estimating softwareStrong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
· This is a leadership role with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
