The modified 1931 Ford did not comply with the BC Motor Vehicle Act
BC Highway Patrol recently stopped a vehicle in Prince George with extensive modifications and is now issuing a warning to the public.
“Upon performing a roadside inspection, it was noted the vehicle did not comply with the MVAR and did not meet the parameters of an exemption under the MVAR,” said Cpl. Serge Bruneau of BCHP – Prince George. The BC Highway Patrol added that if drivers believe their vehicle falls under an exemption, they must ensure they are familiar with the requirements of that exemption.
