John James Groeb named to national sexual offender registry for life
A 55-year-old Prince George man, John James Groeb, was sentenced Friday to two years less a day in jail followed by three years probation for two counts of sexual assault.
Groeb had pleaded guilty to the counts on the first day a trial was scheduled to begin in June and he has remained in custody ever since.Terms of probation include reporting all relationships with females to his probation officer, to refrain from contacting the victims or being in their presence and to take counselling as required by his probation officer.
