- Kirk Arthur Clark was sentenced to 16 months time serve issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for breaking and entering with intent to commit offence and assaulting a peace officer with a weapon.
- Brandhon Leslie Dargatz was sentenced to 25 days in jail, to be served on an intermittent basis, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation, committed in Prince George. - Robert Jason Williams was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Prince George.
- Wesley Ednock West was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,100 plus $165 in victim surcharges for driving while driver's licence is suspended, committed in Fort St. James, and driving while prohibited or licence suspended, committed in Prince George, both under the Motor Vehicle Act.
