Prince Edward Island is reporting two more deaths attributed to the novel coronavirus.
Health officials said today the deaths occurred in the past week and involved a person between the ages of 60 and 79 and a person over the age of 80.Officials are reporting a total of 12 outbreaks in long-term care or community-care facilities and in the provincial correctional centre. There are 32 early learning and childcare centres with cases or outbreaks, but only one of them is closed.
Seventeen people are in hospital due to COVID-19, including three in intensive care.
