“[He] thought it had gone very well,” a source told the newspaper, adding that the photo would deeply “embarrass” the Queen and extended Royal Family.But the interview proved to be the beginning of the end for the dim duke. Following a huge outcry over the interview and his closerthanthis relationship with Epstein, the Queen stripped her second son of his titles and patronages.
“People will feel it was reckless for him to laugh during such a sensitive interview, but he probably didn’t realize the seriousness or consequences of laughing or how it would look on camera.”
