Prince Andrew’s new Hollywood lawyer claimed the royal hadn’t been properly served and brought up a reason why he thinks the entire suit is baseless.
In the hearing, Brettler raised an issue with the suit that might offer a hint about Andrew’s defense strategy.
“We believe, however, that this is a baseless, nonviable, and potentially unlawful lawsuit that plaintiff has filed against the duke.
