WOODSTOCK, N.B. — Pride banners on light posts in downtown Woodstock promoted Woodstock as an inclusive community. Council’s recent decision to ban the rainbow banners delivers a hit to that reputation, said Amanda Lightbody, founder and president of the Rainbow Crosswalk Inc.
