Manning also said the National Citizens’ Inquiry is being organized in the absence of any federal or provincial government hearings on their pandemic response. “Instead of speculating in advance, why don’t we hold these hearings and come to conclusions afterwards?” said Manning.Advertisement 4Reform Party founder Preston Manning says a hearing is needed to determine how better to manage the next pandemic.Witnesses will be placed under oath and cross-examined by a panel of five commissioners, who’ve yet to be recruited, he said.
