They will hold the event to support the Fire Fighters Charity, with Mountain Rescue,Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton relay visiting Preston this weekendA Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service representative said: “There will be lots of fun for all the family to enjoy.
“All the family are welcome, and you can join a range of activities and see some of the skills and equipment on offer.” The event offers face painting, stalls on the fire dogs, a bouncy castle and an opportunity to see the crews in action, with road traffic collision and rope rescue drill demonstrations.Also in attendance will be North West Ambulance Service, offering a ‘Grab a Jab’ Covid-19 vaccination van.
