Liberal MLA Peter Milobar, whose riding of Kamloops-North Thompson includes Barriere, urged the premier to “talk to the families that are losing loved ones waiting for paramedics to arrive in Ashcroft and Barriere and other areas.” Their experiences show that government dollars spent on the ambulance service isn’t translating to more ambulances on the ground, he said.Article content
