More than 6,000 people were without power Thursday morning after the crash, but only 166 were still affected by 10 a.m.
Expect traffic delays as crews deal with the aftermath of a single-vehicle crash that took out power to more than 6,000 BC Hydro customers in Sooke on Thursday.
BC Hydro crews will remain on site all day, the district said. Flaggers will direct traffic in the area with some delays expected.
