Bell rules thanks to seven producing credits on the Hot 100.'s Hot 100 Producers chart, as the producer-songwriter powerhouse rules the newly-launched survey for a 10th total week .Post Malone's new single "Circles," which Bell co-produced with Malone and Frank Dukes, leads the pack, as it debuts on the Hot 100 at No. 7.Rank, Artist Billing, Title No. 14, Post Malone & Swae Lee, "Sunflower " No. 62, 5 Seconds of Summer, "Easier" No.
Bell is one of just three artists to rule the Hot 100 Producers chart since it began in mid-June. Finneas O'Connell topped the tally for its first three weeks and Taylor Swift led last week. Bell concurrently ranks at No. 2 on the Hot 100 Songwriters chart, matching his peak, thanks to eight songwriting credits on the Hot 100; he co-wrote all seven of the tracks listed above, as well as Jonas Brothers' "Sucker," at No. 13.
The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding "Hot"-named genre charts.
