Portsides is offering a special Whiskey BBQ Bison Burger this Novemburger season. The 6oz flame broiled bison patty, topped with caramelized onions, peppers, mushrooms, pickles, and pepper jack cheese, comes with fries and coleslaw. A portion of the proceeds from each burger sold in November will be donated to the local United Way.
The 6oz flame broiled bison burger was coated in whiskey BBQ sauce, topped with caramelized onions, sautéed peppers, mushroom, sliced dill pickles and pepper jack cheese. It was served with lettuce and peameal bacon on a brioche burger bun.
This star of the show in this burger was 100 per cent the actual bison patty. Its flavour was slightly sweeter than your traditional burger, and you could tell it was cooked to perfection.The BBQ Bison Burger costs $18.75 before tax and tip, and comes along with fries and coleslaw.Portside is located inside of Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites, at 17 Cumberland St. N.TBnewswatch staff are attempting to review all 41 Novemburger entries.
