Oak Bay Avenue is closed between Foul Bay Road and Mitchell Street as the District of Oak Bay carries out emergency sewer repairs.

The closure is needed to ensure the safety of the public and district staff, the municipality said in a notice.A 2021 district report found a significant portion of Oak Bay water, sanitary sewer, storm and road assets were in dire need of replacement.
