Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham's plan to reopen Portage and Main to pedestrians cleared another hurdle on Tuesday, despite concerns raised on behalf of businesses who rent space below the intersection.Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham's plan to reopen Portage and Main to pedestrians cleared another hurdle on Tuesday, despite concerns raised on behalf of businesses who rent space below the intersection from the city.
