The 29-year-old ironworker, said he’s been playing the lottery for six years and this is his first big win.
“I was pretty excited when I saw the big winner screen,” said Lowder. “I had to scan it another five times to make sure it was true. I was pretty flabbergasted! It’s not everyday someone gives you $73,147!” He plans to use his winnings to pay bills and travel. “I’m renovating my home, so this will certainly help.
