“Any regulations that require hundreds of thousands of adult sites to collect significant amounts of highly sensitive personal information is putting user safety in jeopardy.”Pornhub will no longer be available to visitors from Florida, following a new age verification law in the state.“Moreover, as experience has demonstrated, unless properly enforced, users will simply access non-compliant sites or find other methods of evading these laws,” it continued.
Aylo maintained that the onus of age verification should be on smartphone manufacturers and not adult websites.
