Popular Nottingham pub to reopen after £350k makeover with jobs on offer
A popular pub in Giltbrook has been transformed following a major investment from the owners, Greene King Pub Partners. The newly renovated Hayloft pub on Nottingham Road will reopen to the public on Thursday, July 7 at 5pm.
The venue will be run as a Hive Pub which is a new type of franchise pub brand from Greene King Partners. This will mean a new modern interior and exterior.The extensive beer range at the community pub will include world lagers, premium lagers, cask ale and craft beers. There will also be an extensive bar menu with something for everyone including pub classics and tasty desserts. Sunday roasts will also be back in full swing at the weekends.
Franchisees Colin and Sandra Meakin are returning to the pub trade after leaving to have children. They have both got extensive experience in running pubs and hotels prior to joining the Hayloft.
