Morana said he was told the city’s traffic department doesn’t feel like service vehicles such as garbage trucks and ambulances can get by, something he doesn’t get when nothing has changed about the area in the last couple of years.
Morana believes if the city gave the program’s coordinators more time to plan, a lot of the issues Bar Volo and other businesses are facing may have been easily resolved if the process began sooner.
