But there is some action happening at Ottawa’s Château Laurier hotel. The Ottawa Conference on Security and Defence rolls into its second and final day at the Château today. The defence talkfest is hosted by the CDA Institute, and has drawn big names in the military and security realms.
, then meet with the Quebec Business Women's Network at 9:30. Also at 9:30 a.m., Natural Resources Minister JONATHAN WILKINSON will announce funding for “clean growth technologies” in Thorold, Ont. He will be joined by the CEOs of companies that produce hydrogen fuel and biogas. At 10 a.m. local time, Small Business Minister RECHIE VALDEZ will announce funding for Indigenous women and youth “entrepreneurs” at a stop in Membertou, N.S. Shortly after 10 a.m.
