Toronto police are hoping newly released pictures will help them identify a woman accused of assaulting another woman at a TTC station.
It happened back on December 28 around 2:40 p.m. at the Bayview Subway Station near Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue West. Police say a woman walking in the station was approached by another woman who proceeded to get angry and hit the victim with a shopping bag.The suspect is described as 40 to 50-years-old with shoulder-length dark hair and glasses. She was seen wearing a dark grey, thigh-length winter coat, blue jeans and moccasin-style shoes. She was carrying a shopping bag with the word “California” printed on it.
