Police are seeking the public's help in locating Sheldon Eriya, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.
Police have released a photo of Sheldon Eriya. He is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for several offences and is known to frequent Toronto and Markham . A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal offender known to frequent the Toronto and Markham area. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad says Sheldon Eriya is wanted for a breach of his statutory release.
Police say Eriya is serving a five-year sentence for discharging a firearm, aggravated assault and drug possession. Eriya is described as a 28-year-old Black man, standing six-foot-two with black hair and dark eyes. He weighs 190 lbs and often has a goatee or beard as facial hair. Eriya also has several tattoos that can help identify him. He has the word 'Jose' above his left eyebrow and images of his children's faces and flowers can be found on his upper left arm
