West Shore RCMP are investigating an assault by a male youth on a B.C. Transit driver last month in Langford.
Police said the incident occurred after a verbal altercation about 2:45 p.m. on April 21 in the 850-block of Station Avenue, while the bus was stopped at the Station Avenue exchange. The suspect is described as white, age 13 to 18, and five-foot-11 with brown, medium-length, wavy or curly hair.“Public transportation should be a safe experience for both passengers and drivers,” said Const. Andrew Matheson. “Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying this suspect.”
