Police say the caller told 911 that her boyfriend was being assaulted by an unknown male, who was later identified as Carter. Police say that when the victim attempted to tow Carter's vehicle, the alarm sounded, prompting Carter to confront the victim.Police say Carter initially attempted to go back into the residence to get the money, but then returned and began asking the victim additional questions.
Police say the victim then explained the situation, and who he worked for, and reportedly told Carter that he needed his name for the paperwork.
