Montreal police say they’ve made an arrest in the fatal stabbing of teenager outside a high school this week.The victim, 16-year-old Jannai Dopwell-Bailey, was stabbed in the upper body outside the Programme Mile End alternative high school in Cote-des-Neiges, in the city’s west end, on Monday afternoon.
The boy died later in hospital, and police said they were looking for as many as three people in connection with the attack.
