Police say a man was struck on the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground, then kicked while he was down.
Victoria police investigators are looking for witnesses to a robbery and assault that occurred on Feb. 2.
While speaking with the group, the man was struck on the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground. The group began kicking him before taking his backpack, hat, scarf and cellphone. Investigators are looking to speak with the girl, who is described as 16 to 17 years old with long brown hair and wearing dark clothing.
