The Ottawa Police Service say a secure school mode at Earl of March Secondary School has been lifted, following a police operation at the Kanata school.
Few details were released about the investigation at the public high school on The Parkway in the Beaverbrook neighbourhood Tuesday afternoon."The school went into secure school mode for a short period of time. It has since been lifted," police said at 1:35 p.m.A video sent to CTV News Ottawa showed a vehicle stopped on a pathway near the school.
