On Nov. 20, a 60-year-old man, since identified as Joseph Kelly, was found dead in an apartment building on East Hastings near Carrall Street. Police are also investigating that death as a homicide. No charges have been laid and no arrests have been made in either case. Anyone with information is asked to call the VPD’s homicide unit at 604-717-2500.Share this Story:
