THUNDER BAY — Police are investigating a fatal collision between a commercial vehicle and a pedestrian on the city's south side.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were called to the intersection of Waterloo and Ridgeway streets just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The pedestrian has died. In a press release issued just before 9 p.m., police said he is an adult male who has yet to be identified. Police are asking members of the public to avoid the area, and said the road will remain closed until further notice.
