1 dead, 2 injured in 4-vehicle collision in west Phoenix
Phoenix police officers responded to a four-vehicle collision early Sunday morning in west Phoenix that left one person dead and two injured.
A woman in another vehicle was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries but was expected to survive. A man in her same vehicle had injuries that were not life-threatening. Detectives with the Phoenix Police Department investigated the incident and learned that the first vehicle, driven by Palma, was going north on 75th Avenue in the wrong direction. Police said that while driving in the southbound lanes, Molina's vehicle crashed into the other three vehicles.
