A 15-year-old boy was arrested in Cleveland on Sunday and charged with shooting his younger brother multiple times.
The boy’s arm was broken, and he had to have part of his stomach removed. He is in stable condition, police said.
Police arrested the 15-year-old boy after learning that he was hiding in the attic of his grandfather’s house on East 117 Street.after the teenager told police the 9 mm handgun was hidden under the deck behind the house. The 15-year-old was then taken to University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital for an evaluation.
