Reports say a father in Garland, Texas, could be charged after his infant daughter Victoria Tran died after being left in a hot car for hours.

left his 9-month-old infant hot car for seven hours

According to an affidavit, the dad told police he'd taken his wife to work that morning at around 9:45 a.m., while his daughter sat in the back seat."He was supposed to have taken Victoria Tran to day care, but forgot she was in the back seat," court documents stated. According to court documents, the dealership is “between 6.8 miles and 8.7 miles apart [from the car wash], depending on which route you chose ... the search said it should have taken between 15-20 minutes to drive the distance.”

“I saw a baby in his hands,” said witness Jime Sanchez. “It was just flopping everywhere. So I’m not sure what happened, but I think something was wrong with the baby.”But court documents now show there were several other details of the case that made police suspicious.
