Police: 40-year-old man fatally shot in the chest in Southwest Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are investigating the shooting death of a 40-year-old man in Southwest Philadelphia.

According to authorities, the shooting took place on Wednesday night around 8 p.m. on the 6000 block of Regent Street.
