Games like Minecraft and Animal Crossing: New Horizons have given creative players the tools and freedom to remake scenes or settings from shows and other video games, but rarely are the same extensive efforts seen in Terraria.
And for the game’s beloved Pikachu? EaldorPrime used theVolt Bunny, which was added as part of the game in the 1.4 update. The companion is a direct reference to the Electric-type Pokémon, as not only is its coloring nearly identical to the franchise’s best-known mascot, but its movement seems to imitate Pikachu’s erratic quick attack movement as seen in the Pokémon anime and other games like Super Smash Bros.
Terraria Has Plenty Of Crossovers In Other Games But Few Games Get Easter Eggs In Terraria Terraria is a spectacular indie game that has consistently been rated well by its players, currently boasting an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam with more than one million reviews . But despite technically being a sandbox title, it’s not one that lends itself to masterful recreations as well as some other titles do.
ConcernedApe recently put a similar Easter egg for Terraria fans into Stardew Valley as part of the 1.6 update. Players can throw an Ancient Doll into the pool of lava at Level 100 of the mines to receive a Faraway Stone from the Bone Serpent. Taking this stone to the basement of the Wizard’s tower and placing it on the alter of branches will open a portal to Terraria, where a cat will then gift the player the Meowmere Sword.
