Many spots got into the 80s on Thursday. We’ll do it again Friday.
Highs were 15 or more degrees above average today — enough to set records at Baltimore-Washington International Marshall and Washington Dulles International airports, with at least 83 at both locations. While the weather was relatively pleasant, it’s also worth pondering how much more frequently we’ll see big-time warmth compared with chill these days. Toasty temperatures are set to continue for the next several days.
Low-level moisture will continue to rise, which will keep temperatures from falling too far overnight. It will be mainly in the upper 50s to lower 60s. It should be largely clear except perhaps a patch of fog in the usual spots like valleys or near water.Partly to mostly sunny skies will rule yet again. We’ll see temperatures near 80 into the low 80s for highs in most places. Winds will be from the west and southwest around 5 to 10 mph.
Trick-or-treating will be a much cooler and more blustery time than we’ve seen of late. By then, we may be looking at highs in the mid-50s or so.New-look Wizards appear all too familiar on defense, drop opener to Pacers
