AKRON, Ohio - Two additional suspects accused in connection with the murder of 23-year-old man in Cuyahoga Falls are scheduled to appear in Summit County Court of Common Pleas Thursday morning.On Oct. 6, a jury found Deair Wray guilty of several charges; including, murder and felonious assault. He will be sentenced on Oct. 19.Durell McDowell is charged with obstructing justice and Jameir McDowell is charged with murder, felonious assault, and improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation.
Cuyahoga Falls police said Stanford was shot and killed inside an apartment in the 1300 block of Forest Glen Dr.Investigators discovered Wray shot through a window, striking Stanford and Robertson.
