Thousands of runners took part in the 13th annual Oakland Running Festival on Sunday.
Phil Hebda of Berkeley, won the marathon event with a time of 2 hours, 31 minutes and 11 seconds. Allegra Mayer was the women’s marathon winner with a time of 3 hours, and 16 seconds.
The popular running event has not been held in person since 2019.
