Lisa Kincaid, the owner of Allie Pearl's Southern Cuisine, is a veteran of working for the NFL during the Super Bowl.

“It's not like the parties out there with the pickup trucks and the grills and things like that,” Kincaid said. “It's a very upscale VIP tailgate party.” “I have seen the growth. I've seen a lot of the red tape be eliminated,” Kincaid said. “I’ve experienced them taking lessons learned from each year that's gone past and made it better. And in doing that, it makes it easier and better for us small businesses.”Kincaid has wanted to share the Super Bowl experiences with other small businesses and chefs.
