ICYMI: Almost exactly a year ago, Pynn was granted bail on a $10,000 surety and orders that included a curfew, surrendering his driver’s licence, staying away from weapons, not leaving the province and residing at a specific address.

Pynn, 36, was called in provincial court in St. John’s Thursday and his case was postponed by a day for an update. The case has seen multiple delays over the past year and is still before the court, with all four accused scheduled to appear again Jan. 18.
