Ontario Premier Doug Ford announces Phil Verster's resignation from Metrolinx, amid criticism for the delayed Eglinton Crosstown LRT project. Michael Lindsay will take over as interim CEO.
TORONTO — Ontario Premier Doug Ford has announced that Phil Verster is leaving as the CEO of provincial transit agency Metrolinx .
There is still no projected opening date for the rail line that has been under construction since 2011.
