A woman was taken to a trauma centre with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, after being struck by the driver of a vehicle in Scarborough on Monday night, say paramedics.
Toronto police said they were called to that area shortly before 7:30 p.m. aftr a pedestrian was hit y a driver. The victim is a woman in her 70s, they said.Currently, the intersection of Warden and Bertrand is closed as police investigate.
