Bloyce Thompson has announced his bid for re-election in Stanhope Marshfield. ContributedFRENCHFORT, P.E.I. — Progressive Conservative MLA Bloyce Thompson has announced his bid for re-election in Stanhope-Marshfield.
He has previously served as minister of agriculture and land and minister of justice and public safety. “Stanhope-Marshfield is a growing district, so it’s important to make sure that the proper investments are being made to support that growth and the best way I can contribute to that is as part of a new Dennis King PC government,” said Thompson.
Before entering public life, Thompson, a third-generation dairy farmer, earned an agricultural degree from Dalhousie Agricultural College.
