The disorder happened on Tuesday morning
A band playing music is seen passing through Agincourt Avenue.
At that point, a young person comes out of a house on the street and throws a small bin at the band members, who appear to be from the Bangor Protestant Boys band.The person then runs back inside the house, being chased by a number of men.A man then appears to lift a wheelie bin and throw it at the front window of the building that the first man had run into.The PSNI said it was aware of footage of an incident circulating on social media.
"We have arrested a 46-year-old man on suspicion of a range of offences including assault and disorderly behaviour," said Chief Superintendent Darrin Jones.
