The suspension for Lee Oesterling, 59, was served retroactively for the 2014 crime and represented his 2nd disciplinary investigation.
A Cumberland County attorney has been suspended for five years following a recent disciplinary hearing.
Police arrested him without incident; and a search of the house revealed bullet holes in the living room. Oesterling pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 23 months in the Cumberland County prison, the written opinion said.
