Jeremy McKenna continued to produce offensively for the Kansas City Mavericks in the first two games of the ECHL’s Kelly Cup final against the Florida Everblades.
McKenna, from Summerside, P.E.I., scored single goals in each game as the teams split the first two games over the weekend in Kansas City. The Everblades won the opener on May 31 by an 8-1 score, but the Mavericks answered back to take Game 2 5-1 on June 1. McKenna also added an assist in Game 2.With three points in the first two games against Florida, McKenna moved into the lead in ECHL playoff scoring.
