Her remains were discovered Sept. 15. - Guardian fileCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Two people charged with interfering with human remains in relation to the death of Summer Dawn Kneebone have had their matters adjourned in provincial court.
Donald Roy Holmes, 44, and Samantha Jemima Dawn Parlee-Buell, 32, had their matters called in provincial court in Charlottetown on Sept. 25 before Chief Judge Jeff Lantz. Both accused are currently being held in custody.According to information previously released by Charlottetown Police Services on Sept. 14 at 12:30 p.m., Holmes and Parlee-Buell were arrested in New Glasgow, N.S. and charged with interfering with Kneebone's remains, which were located in an outdoor area in Kings County.
Holmes is being represented by defence lawyer Chris Montigny and Parlee-Buell by legal-aid lawyer Justin Milne.Share story:
